Forming Process:
Different from the traditional injection molding or blow molding, LFT-D adopts the resin plus basalt fiber direct roving on-line mixing process.
Basalt direct direct roving, the raw material, is directly drawn by a brand-new direct melting process and through large bushing with 2400 holes. LFT-D is brand new technology for on-line direct production of long fiber reinforced thermoplastic . In such process, both the fiber content and length and the matrix polymer could be directly adjusted to the requirements of the final components.
