1. LFT(Long-fiber reinforced Thermoplastic)
The length of Long basalt fiber reinforced Thermoplastic is usually above 2 mm, in current processing technology, the length can be remained above 5 mm.
There is a conventional length definition of LFT in auto composites industry—above 10 mm.
2. LFT-G(Long-Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Granules)
Long-Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Granules were impregnated with molten polymer to basalt fiber bundle in impregnation mould, cutting in a certain length after cover coated and cooling down.

四.Performance advantages of basalt long fiber reinforced LFT aggregate
1. Under the condition of high temperature and low load for a long time, it will not produce deformation and has good dimensional stability
2. Fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance, low warpage, aging resistance, less fiber exposure and superior surface properties
